Service Agreement for Course Purchase

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Pyzza Speech Therapy, LLC ("Company") and the purchaser ("Participant"), effective as of the date of purchase of the course. By purchasing and accessing this course, Participant agrees to the terms outlined herein.

  1. Nature of Services
  • The course offered by the Company is an educational self-study program designed to teach conversation and social skills.
  • The course does not constitute speech therapy or any other therapeutic services. Participation in this course does not establish a therapeutic relationship or any other formal professional relationship with the Company or its representatives.
  • Participants seeking therapeutic services should consult with a licensed professional in their area.
  1. License and Access
  • By purchasing this course, Participant is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Participants will have access to the course for the entirety of its existence. Access is contingent on the continued availability of the course on the Company's platform.
  • This license does not grant ownership of the course or its materials. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All materials provided in the course, including but not limited to videos, text, images, worksheets, and supplemental resources, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Participants are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, distributing, reselling, or otherwise making the course materials available to others in any form, including but not limited to digital or physical formats.
  • Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  1. Payment and Refund Policy
  • All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the course is purchased and access is granted.
  • Participant is responsible for ensuring they meet any technological requirements for accessing the course.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participation in the course.
  • The course is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Participant's use of the course materials.
  • Participant assumes full responsibility for the application of any information provided in the course.
  1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
  • Participants may not disclose, share, or otherwise make accessible any course materials to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
  • This confidentiality obligation applies both during and after the Participant's access to the course materials.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Pyzza Speech Therapy, LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  1. Modification of Terms
  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By purchasing and accessing the course, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
